Thiga claims the reality on the ground is that Kenyans are unsatisfied with Ruto's services so far and no longer need him past 2027.
She has claimed that Ruto and his government have ignored the plight of the people and will be shocked in 2027, because their confidence in securing another term will hit the wall.
Nthiga has at the same time predicted that her party will produce the next President, suggesting that it will be in the race.
“As DCP, we are telling the reality on the ground. Kenya is not headed in the right direction.
I love how they don’t want to listen and the bravado they are showing. It is working for us," she said on Friday, as reported by the People Daily.
"They will be shocked as DCP marches into the state house in 2027 and realises the dream of every young Kenyan and person."
She termed the government's privatisation of public assets as among the issues making Kenyans reconsider re-electing Ruto.
Thiga further accused Ruto of abandoning the youth, who played a major role in his 2022 win, and focusing on benefitting himself and those close to him.
“Ruto has now dropped the hustler narrative. I am left wondering who is left to be taken along to his Singapore dream.
The privatisation is about profits to certain people. It is not about the public good or the interests of Kenyans."
